We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wexford Time. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason, as required by EU consumer law. To exercise this right, please contact us at the email below.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@wexfordtime.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code (unless defective)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital downloads

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email us at contact@wexfordtime.com to receive return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
